BOOKINGS…. Whilst individual bookings are encouraged, we take them on the provision that at least four persons are required before a tour can proceed. In the event of a tour not proceeding due to insufficient numbers a full refund will apply. If you wish to travel with less then four people, please indicate the number of persons so that we may quote accordingly

PRICES…. Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and valid from 1st Sept 2004 to 31st August 2005. Prices are current at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Unless indicated, accommodation prices are for twin share with breakfast and do not include items of a personal nature or other meals. Prices include GST where applicable and are for land content only.
CHILDRENS PRICE….A combination of children/adult prices should be obtained from your agent

QUOTATIONS…. All quotations given undergo an internal audit process and we reserve the right to correct a quote within 48 hours to ensure correct elements are added to the quotation correctly.

CHANGE OF BOOKING… If changes to a confirmed booking (eg arrival/departure, dates/times ) is requested we will do our utmost to meet these changes, but this may not always be possible. In the event of the booking not proceeding it will be deemed a cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY… In the event of cancellation the following cancellation fees apply See separate houseboats fees below.

Under 30 days from departure 100% of total holiday
30-45 days from departure 50% of total holiday
Over 45 days Deposit only

Houseboat conditions

Under 60 days 100% of total holiday
Over 60 days Deposit only

Note: If the reason for the cancellation are covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

WATER ACTIVITIES…. In the event wherein sub-contractors are engaged (e.g. houseboats and fish charter ) we engage only government licenced operators and whilst we accompany you on these excursions we will not accept responsibility if you, or members of your party, suffer illness, injury or death arising out of these activities.

DEPOSIT and FINAL PAYMENT…. A minimum deposit of $200 per booking is required within 7 days of confirmation to secure your reservation. Full payment of your holiday cost must be made 30 days prior to travel .If houseboats are involved a non-refundable payment in full is required 60 days before departure. With bookings made less then 30 days prior to travel, full payment of holiday cost must be made within 48 hours of confirmation of bookings. If booking is made less then 10 days prior to travel, full payment of holiday cost is required on confirmation of booking. Bookings will be cancelled if payment is not received within specified deadlines.

TRAVEL INSURANCE….We strongly recommend travel insurance as it may protect you if you have to cancel /amend your holiday for any unforeseen circumstances. Ask your agent for details.

LIABILITY…...
Although all precautions will be taken, Mistertinhead's Travels will accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects or expenses incurred as a result of a delay,cancellation or alteration due to circumstances beyond our control. All tours are subject to change and we reserve the right to vary the tour should weather conditions make roads impassable. Should the fish charter operator deem the sea unsafe a refund of the charter hire will be made. If at the time of booking we find our advertised accommodation not available we shall book you in similar accommodation and naturally advise you of this prior to confirmation.
